Mothers Day 2020

We had a great Mothers Day this year. The kids got up and made me breakfast, and cooked me dinner. They kept their hair and clothes nice long enough after the Sacrament to get a porch picture with me. They got me a paddle board to use on the lake (that I will have lots of fun using next summer when my life jacket fits over my belly again. haha) They also picked out and helped me plant flowers in the front yard.

I will admit - I really miss going to church. Maybe not every Sunday, because home church has been really cool. But I really did on Mothers Day. I miss the primary singing to the moms, I miss the Sacrament talks, and I missed the cute primary papers I usually get from the kids. Maybe I'm being selfish, but Mother's and Father's Day are some of my favorite Sundays up there with Easter and Christmas.

Look how cute and well behaved these kids are! Especially the last one. Grateful I get to torment them for life :-)
