Rylee's One!

Happy Birthday little squish! Rylee is the first baby of ours to make it the whole 12 months without ice cream. Whoohoo! We celebrated as our own little family on her birthday at Leatherbys with ice cream, and cheese fries. The next day we invited family over for cake and ice cream.
Rylee has a mind of her own and screams when we pick her up or stop her from doing something. Church is not fun, we spend a lot of time following her around in the halls. She loves running, walking and eating. She'll put her head down when she's in speed mode, and then run into walls, or furniture and get super mad. She loves getting into anything and everything. I don't know why I try to clean, she follows me undoing everything I do, and leaving all the drawers and cupboards open. When I shut them, she'll just go back and reopen everything. She makes me exhausted, but we love her so much! She has a mouth full of teeth, they all just sort of popped out the last few months. She is starting to communicate with us a little. She has started shaking her head no. We'll try and get her to come over to eat, or change a diaper, and she'll just shake her head no and walk the other way. If you ask her a question she'll shake her head no to everything. Its funny. She pats her mouth if she wants her binky or bottle, and is starting to make out the kids names. Its so cute. Ellie is "Eh-yee" and she calls Boston "Gaga" or "Goggles" trying to say "Chuckles" haha.  Yeah, go ahead and think we're weird. We are. Rylee is still very much a daddy's girl, and will "call" Jeff on the phone with just about anything held up to her ear. "Hi, dada!" She still takes one afternoon nap, and sleeps about 12 hours every night. Hallelujah! We love our baby girl!
