Boston is SEVEN!

Boston is SEVEN! Gosh I love this boy. He asked for a kayak for his birthday this year. He was so happy to paddle his sisters around the living room haha.

Boston loves all things LEGO, or anything he can build. He loves star wars, super hero's, fishing, camping, swimming, school, snowmobiling, reading, helping others, playing games, and playing football or basketball with his dad (or mom! :))

We figured out that Boston gets the "winter blues." I kind of put the pieces together when he started acting cranky again as the seasons changed, I'm not sure why it took me years to figure it out. I had heard that taking a Vitamin D supplement daily can help, so we gave it a shot. His mood change was like night and day! At least once a week he would randomly burst into tears and couldn't tell me what was wrong. That hasn't happened in months. I'd definitely recommend. We give it to all the kids now (hoping for a miracle with the girls, but alas...they are still just as sassy and moody ha!)

Boston is kind, responsible, patient, shy (at times) extremely obedient (at home, but more so at school) responsible, loving, selfless, artistic, and always thinking of others.
At school, they can earn "Bridger Best" tickets for doing good things, and then they have a drawing at the end for a prize in the office. Boston has been working his little tail off to earn extra so he can try and get one of the prizes, which is a little plastic jewel (he is making a crown for Ellie for Christmas, and it just has to have the little jewel to go on the front)

Anytime he earns a treat or a prize, he ALWAYS lets them play with it, or splits his treat with them. His primary teacher made him cupcakes today at church, and he saved his all through primary to give to a sick Rylee who had to stay home from church.

I could go on and on about Boston. We are so blessed to have him in our family, and the girls are so lucky to have him as a big brother. He is growing up fast and we're so proud of the sweet boy he is!

November...

Playing in the leaves...

Boston earned student of the month!

This has not been my month. Please excuse how gross my head looks, but I was cleaning up the fall decorations, and I bumped a shelf in the garage sending a hammer straight onto my head. Very few times in my life can I say that i actually saw stars, but this was one of them. I tried to hard to get a good picture of it since it was bleeding pretty good and Jeff was working....and I didn't want to freak the girls out. Luckily it wasn't too bad, thanks to my mom who came to my rescue!

I got to help make a wedding cake...

 Cutest Daddy Daughter dance...

 Macey time!

Our kids are disgusting eaters...

Jeff let me set up the tree early this year. I needed some early Christmas cheer ;)

BYU Football Game! Boston ended the game barfing all over Jeff's shoes haha! I hate the stomach flu..

The day before Thanksgiving, this boy spent 2 hours shoveling the driveway....right before the snow started and covered it up again haha. He loves being in the snow, and was such a good helper this day!
