6 Months

Happy 6 month Birthday Boston! Not a day goes past that I don't thank my Heavenly Father for the blessing you are to me. You are our sweet sweet baby boy, and we love you so much! As of right now, you can roll pretty much anywhere you want. You've started to scoot just barely, and I don't think it'll be long before you're crawling! You can sit by yourself, although you still topple over sometimes and need Mom and Dad's help. You eat rice and oatmeal and you LOVE it! We've tried fruit and vegetable baby food, and you don't like it. You put your hand up and push the spoon away, and turn your head into the back of your highchair to get away from it. Silly boy! You have a habit of biting and sucking on your lower lip. Daddy calls you "Falcon" when you do it because you look like a little bird. It makes us laugh! You love to be in the water, whether its bath time, or swim time. You love to be outside, walking, or laying out on the lawn. You are sleeping about 8-10 hours straight now. You are happiest in the morning, and get cranky after your naps. Mom and Dad are grateful for that! My favorite thing you started doing this month is laughing when we laugh. If Dad and I are laughing really hard at something, you think its funny and start laughing too. Its only happened twice, but its so funny! You are the happiest baby! We just love you so much!

And here are some of my favorite 5 month old Boston pictures...Goodbye little 5 month old Boston!

Visiting Daddy at Work

Dad's last week of work was a fun one! Boston and I drove with daddy down to work and spent the day with him. We went to the talent assembly, went and saw his classroom, some of his students, and watched movies on his big projector screen! Boston had so much fun playing on the floor and smiling at all the girls. What a little flirt! Going to visit daddy is so much fun!

Pickles...?

I took Boston to Gardner Village with some friends a couple weeks ago. We decided to grab some lunch, and sit and play with the babies. I ordered a sandwich, which came with a big pickle slice. Pretty normal for an entree to come with one, although I never ever pay any attention to it...because its a PICKLE. My son, however had his attention focused only on the pickle. Before I could blink, he had picked it up and put it in his mouth. I looked at him waiting for the disgusted look on his face and......nothing. He just looked at me, pickle in mouth, slurping and sucking on it like it was a sucker. Are you kidding me? Its pretty hilarious!

Yumsters!

Bear Lake

Took a fun trip to Bear Lake with Grandma and Grandpa Tree. Boston had a great time. Took naps with Grandma in the hammock, played in the water, and even went for a boat ride! Grandma even had a secret stash of dum dums for you. Yep, you love dum dums. You got to play with your aunts and uncles too while mom and dad played (or faught over) corn hole. We had a great trip, thanks Grandma and Grandpa Tree!

Father's Day

I know this is late, but Happy Fathers Day! Boston has the best daddy anybody could ask for. They have so much fun together! For our own dads, Jeff put together corn hole boards for them. He did such a good job! Everything was made completely from scratch, and they turned out AWESOME!!!

Friends

Boston, you are making friends! There are two babies that sit by you in Sunday School, JaCobi and Lincoln, that you love to play with :-) You smile at them and like to grab their hands. You have so much fun, we got together outside of church this week to play at the park. You had a blast! FYI - JaCobi is 3 months older than you, and you are HUGE compared to her. I might just end up calling you Tank :-) Here are some pictures.
