At home photo shoot.
Rylee refused to take a picture with Gracie haha
Ellie's bottom teeth did the same thing as Boston's. They grew in behind and she had to get the baby teeth pulled. And yes, that's probably chocolate in her teeth. haha.
And poops like her brother...
Rylee thought my nursing pads were Mickey mouse ears!
I was able to nurse! Yay! Although at her 2 week check, she had lost weight. I had a very small milk supply and ended up needing to supplement. Thankful for sister in laws that donated breast milk to ease my covid-worried mind! :)
I attempted everything to get my supply up. There's something about the pressure of breastfeeding your baby that almost eats you alive. It becomes all consuming and you just forget what is most important - a fed baby. Pumping my body full of fenugreek, blessed thistle, mothers milk supplements, brewers yeast, and flaxseed proved to do nothing more than make me sick to my stomach. I remember being up at 4am with Gracie just sobbing. It's not fair. I finally have a baby who can breastfeed, and I don't have enough milk. Again. Its just not fair. I mourned the death of my breastmilk and came to terms that it's just not meant to be. Its heart wrenching to not be everything your baby needs you to be. But its OK. I'm grateful for the 2 months I had!
She always seems to poop in the middle of a diaper change. The poop below shot all the way over the edge of the changing table.
At least she's cute!
Our neighbor let us use their bounce house for the day. It was so fun!
I made a wedding cake! - First one on my own.
Jeff and I laughed so hard at this picture. Boston has to take pictures of his work using the selfie camera on his laptop. His face is always in the corner hahah
